Personal Information

• Create an account: email address, and optionally name/avatar from OAuth providers (e.g. Google)
• Complete your profile: username, display name, bio, avatar image
• Subscribe to our newsletter: email address
• Submit feedback: optional comment, and either user ID (if logged in) or session ID (if anonymous)
• Report content: entity type, entity ID, reason, and your user ID or session ID

Automatically Collected Information

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of visit
• Device data: device type, operating system, language preference (via cookies and similar technologies)

When you create diagrams, upload fold submissions (photos), or post comments, this content is stored and displayed publicly (where applicable). Your profile information (username, display name, avatar) is visible to other users.

We store images in cloud storage (Supabase) and associate them with your account. Content you delete may persist in backups for a limited period.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Send newsletter emails (if you subscribed) and essential service communications
• Analyse usage patterns, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

User-generated content may remain if it was shared publicly and we are unable to fully remove it from caches or backups.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. In the European Economic Area, we do not knowingly collect data from users under 16. If we learn we have collected such data without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
