FoldWith.Me provides an online platform for origami enthusiasts to browse origami models, create and share diagrams, upload photos of completed folds, comment, and interact with the community. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users may upload content including diagrams, step images, fold submissions (photos), comments, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to display and operate it on the Service.

You are solely responsible for all User Content you post. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any User Content. We act as a passive conduit for user content and do not pre-screen or monitor all content before publication.

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive material
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• You will not hold us liable for how others use, copy, or distribute your content

We may remove or hide content that violates these terms or our policies, but we have no obligation to do so. We are not responsible for any content that remains on the Service.

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Content you delete may persist in backups for a reasonable period. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

You agree not to:

Our moderation decisions are final. We are not liable for any content that users post, nor for any failure to remove content.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, including user-generated content.

We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of origami instructions, diagrams, or any content on the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJURIA STUDIO EOOD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AJURIA STUDIO EOOD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
